As more than one kind reader pointed out, I erred on Monday when I said Congress has yet to pass the 2010 VA Appropriations Bill. The VA spending bill was included in a multidepartment appropriations bill signed by President Obama on Dec. 16.

Don't worry about it, Bob. I'm paid to know this stuff - I'm a budget analyst at VA. I wouldn't have known (or cared) about a VA appropriations bill if I didn't work here either.

To late, these 'oopses' make talking points for those that grab what one or more send out or start saying and it goes down the pipeline growing in numbers as it travels, all that just start parroting use it as they are to damn lazy to very quickly search out the real facts, just ask rush, been doin that for years, or fox, not a real journalist or producer among them.
